BOOKING POLICIES

At  the time of booking, we require a 50% deposit if it is more than 60  days prior to arrival date. At 60 days from arrival date, the final  balance is due in full. If the reservation is less than 60 days from  arrival, full payment is due. At least one guest must be over 25 years  old.  We strongly recommend you consider travel insurance to protect you  from financial loss from unexpected incidents that can delay or cause  you to have a cancellation.


CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Due  to the nature of our business, we require a minimum of 30 days notice  in order to give a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you  must cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival and we are able  to re-rent the cabin, we will be happy to refund your deposit less the  $50.00 fee. If we don’t re-rent the cabin, the deposit will not be  refunded. No refunds will be given for early departure or bad weather.

DAMAGES POLICY

All  guests are responsible for any damages to the premises during their  stay. A credit card number will be kept on file until the property has  been inspected after departure.

SMOKING POLICY

Please  no smoking inside the cabins. Ashtrays are provided on the deck and the  front porch. Evidence of smoking in the cabins will result in an  automatic $250.00 charge. Thank you for being considerate of future  guests.

CHECK IN & OUT

Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am.


 

  • Price rates are variable according to the season and availability.
  • Minimum of 2 night stay (ask about flexibility during the winter months) 
  • Inquire regarding our special rates from May 1-31 and September 1-30.
  • We offer corporate and group rates.
  • We offer a 10% discount for Veterans & Active Military with documentation.
